Choose your custom, pet count and extras. Your slot is secured when checkout is completed.

Email your photos
After checkout, email your order number, 2–3 clear photos per pet and any artwork requests to rhiannon@rmdesignstudio.co.uk.

I draw your pet
Your custom artwork is hand illustrated in your chosen style. Current artwork turnaround is 1–4 weeks.

Your products are made
Prints, frames and merchandise are produced using the finished custom illustration and then shipped to you.
Quick questions
Do I need my pet photos ready at 5pm?
No. Complete checkout first to secure your slot, then email your pet photos and custom details to rhiannon@rmdesignstudio.co.uk. Put your order number in the subject line.
Can I add clothing, a tote or sticker to a new custom?
Yes. Add them directly on the illustration page. They use the same artwork, so there is no second illustration fee.
I've already bought a custom. Do I pay for the illustration again?
No. Use the existing-artwork products and identify your original order by order number or email.
Which prints can be framed?
A5 can use Oak. A4, A3 and A2 can use the full frame range shown on the product page.
How many pets can I include?
Most styles support up to four pets, with each additional pet adding £10. Iced Coffee is designed for one pet only.
How long will my custom take?
The artwork turnaround is 2–4 weeks. Physical products are made after the artwork is finished.
