Shipping policy

UK Orders

All of our products come with FREE UK DELIVERY. 

Orders are posted Monday to Saturday. We try to dispatch orders on the same day if received by 1pm, or on the following day at the latest. You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. 

We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. 

Please allow 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery or 1-2 working days for Express Delivery, as per Royal Mail guidelines. 

International Orders

For overseas orders, the postage rate will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. All overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail's International Standard service. 

Please note: We do not dispatch items on Sundays & Bank Holidays, any items purchased on said days will be dispatched on the next working day.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so that we may rectify this as soon as possible.
